Kindly note the following Ministry of Tourism style operational instructions used by many properties:
- Room sanitizing on a daily basis.
- No delivery food allowed by some hotels.
- Maximum room capacity may be 2 adults + 1 child.
- Spa/massage availability can be restricted; gym rules vary by property.
- Some hotels may not offer triple rooms.
Supplements & Reductions
- Sea or Nile view supplement: US$30.00 per person per night.
- Single supplement: 70% on per-person double rate.
- Triple rooms may not be available in selected hotels.
Children Policy
- Children sharing parents room up to 12 years (maximum one child) may be accommodated.
- Child 0 to 3.99 years can be free on parents board basis (property dependent).
Family Plan
- Two adults + two children below 12 may be placed in a family room, where available.
- 1st child (0 to 3.99 years): free on parents board basis.
- 2nd child (4 to 11.99 years): 50% discount on per-person double room rate per night.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 12:00
- Early arrival may require booking the previous night.
- Late departure from 12:00 noon to 18:00: 50% of contracted rate.
- After 18:00: full one-night rate applies.
