Experience the thrill of a 45-minute hot air balloon ride over the West Bank in Luxor as the sun rises. Departing near the Hatshepsut temple area, you’ll soar over the Necropolis mountains with views of temples, tombs, fields, and villages. You’ll be back at your hotel in time for breakfast.

Important: This activity requires a reasonable level of fitness. It is not recommended for pregnant women or those with osteoporosis.

Luxor from the air is an amazing way to see the world’s largest open-air museum. Early morning pickup from your hotel takes you to the balloon; a light breakfast and tea are included.

Day 1

Morning balloon experience

Our representative picks you up from your Luxor hotel for the West Bank balloon experience. At the marine, enjoy soft drinks before a motor boat to the West Bank, then transfer to the take-off area. Your balloon ride over Luxor’s open-air museum lasts about 45 minutes. Afterwards you are transferred back to your hotel. The trip runs daily; advance confirmation is still highly recommended.
